Terms & Conditions – Royal Septic Tank Cleaning

1. Service Scope

  • Services include septic tank cleaning, sludge removal, drainage line clearing, disinfection, and emergency services.

  • Work will be performed as per the agreed service type and quantity.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All bookings must be confirmed via call, WhatsApp, or online form.

  • Urgent/emergency bookings are subject to technician availability.

3. Access & Permissions

  • Customer must ensure clear access to the tank area before the team arrives.

  • Any delay caused by blocked access may lead to rescheduling or additional charges.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices will be confirmed before service begins.

  • Full payment is due immediately after service completion, via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

  • GST and disposal charges (if any) are extra unless included in the quotation.

5. Waste Disposal

  • Waste will be disposed of at authorized government-approved facilities.

  • We do not dump or release waste illegally under any circumstance.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for existing damage to the septic tank, pipes, or surroundings.

  • Any hidden faults will be informed before proceeding with further cleaning.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 3 hours in advance.

  • Emergency bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed.

8. Safety & Hygiene

  • Our team follows safety protocols including gloves, masks, and sanitization.

  • Clients are advised to stay clear of the tank area during service.
